LITHOLOGY = The Adolei basalts are found in a strongly tectonized area north of the Gulf of Tadjoura. The flows are highly altered and therefore difficult to date, but a few ages have been determined that extend from 22 to 14.6 Ma
CALIBRATION = 10% up in the Miocene.
